In response to the developing situation surrounding Coronavirus and the most recent advice from the UK Government, we are very sorry to say Paultons Park is closed until further notice.
We understand the uncertainty surrounding the current situation we all find ourselves in with regards to coronavirus and how the subsequent closure of Paultons, until further notice, is particularly disappointing for those planning a visit to the Park this Spring.
Tickets & Extras F&Qs:
I have online tickets but am unable to visit due to the Park being closed. Can I use my tickets at a later date?
Our advance online tickets are all valid for a visit until the 2nd November 2020 and can be used when the Park re-opens. If you do not make your visit to Paultons prior to the expiry date, we will be happy to offer you the opportunity to upgrade unused tickets to our 2021 season on arrival at the Park next year.
I have a stroller booked with my tickets. If the Park is still closed when I am due to visit can I move this to another date?
Yes, we would be pleased to move your stroller hire to another date. When the Park re-opens, please contact us with your planned visit date.
I have Early Play Booked which is date specific. If the Park is still closed when I am due to visit, can I move this to another date?:
Yes, we would be pleased to move your Early Play booking to another available date. When the Park re-opens, please contact us with your planned visit date.
I have purchased a Photo Pass with my tickets. Can I use this later this year or into 2021?
Yes, you can use your Photo Pass when the Park re-opens later in the season or in 2021.
I have a web replacement ticket from an earlier visit which is due to expire during the closed period. Can I get an extension?
Please contact us when the Park re-opens for further assistance.
Season Ticket F&Qs:
I have a season ticket for Paultons but am unable to visit due to the Park being closed. Will you be offering an extension?
Yes, we will be extending your Season Ticket validity to ensure that you receive the full year’s access to the Park that you were expecting. Season Tickets will be extended based on the length of time the Park is closed and your Season Ticket expiry date. Please bear with us whilst we work through the logistics of this and rest assured we will be in contact with our Season Ticket holders via our usual communication channels very soon.
If my season ticket expires during the closed period, when and how do I renew?
Season Tickets can be renewed online when it expires or at the Park when Paultons re-opens. We will be pleased to honour the renewal rate for renewals processed at the Park.
If my season ticket expires during the closed period but I do not wish to renew, will I also get the extension to my expired pass?
Yes, we will extend your expired season ticket so that this is valid from when the Park re-opens for the appropriate number of days you missed due to the closed period.
I purchased a new Season Ticket online but have not redeemed it yet – can I redeem this later in the year?
Yes, we will be pleased to accept your Season Ticket Voucher when the Park re-opens.
I paid for a Season Ticket Renewal online but have not collected the new card yet – can I collect this later in the year when you re-open?
Yes, we will be pleased to enable you to collect your new card when the Park re-opens.
Paultons Break FAQs:
Our Short Break programme is operated by a booking agency called Holiday Extras who work with the majority of other similar attractions to Paultons in the UK.
I have a short break booked between 19th March and 24th April – how do I cancel or re-arrange?
You will be contacted via email by our Short Breaks team. You can also use the Manage My Booking area of the Short Breaks website (mybooking.paultonsbreaks.com) to cancel your booking and receive a refund, or to choose a voucher to be used to rebook at a later date during the 2020 season.
I have a short break booked after 24th April - if the Park is still closed when I am due to visit what do I do?
If the closure extends beyond 24th April, then any bookings for arrival whilst the park is closed will be contacted in due course and will be subject to the same process.

Gift Card FAQs:
I have a Paultons Gift Card which is due to expire soon. If this expires whilst the online shop and Park are closed, will I be able to get an extension?
Yes, we will be extending Gift Cards which expire during the closed period so that these can be redeemed either online or at the Park when Paultons re-opens. The length of extension will be based on the expiry date of the Gift Card and length of the closed period.
