Paultons Breaks (Covid-19)

Our Short Break programme is operated by a booking agency called Holiday Extras who work with the majority of other similar attractions to Paultons in the UK.   

If you have booked a Shortbreak and are due to stay up to and including the 3rd July 2020 please see the information below:

I would like to move my money to a Voucher:

The quickest and simplest way to move your booking is to move the money from your booking to a voucher to use at a later date.

Just visit ‘Manage My Booking’ and select ‘Voucher’ and we will then send you details on how to redeem your voucher for a future stay. The voucher will be available to use online up to 2nd November 2020 inclusive, excluding winter packages.

If you would like to move your booking to a later date, please contact our Guest Experience Team via our email form. We anticipate a high number of emails over the next few days and appreciate your patience while we work hard to respond to all enquiries.
 

Most of our hotel partners have agreed to move your stay to any date in 2020 free of charge, please contact our Guest Experience Team to find out more.
 
My booking is for a date after the 3rd July 2020, can I still contact you?
