Use of face coverings whilst at the Park

In line with recent Government guidance face coverings will need to be worn by all guests (with the exception of children under 11 years and anyone with a disability or medical condition that precludes them from wearing a face covering) when entering any of our shops and indoor facilities/attractions - please observe all signage and instructions relating to this. We recommend you bring your own face covering to wear as needed.

Guests are welcome to wear face coverings on site wherever they wish, including at rides and attractions. There is, however, no necessity to wear them and this will not be enforced outside of the above environments as per the Government’s guidance for the theme park and attraction industry.

You may see some of our staff wearing face coverings and protective visors around the Park. This is to keep our teams who work in certain roles safe. As per government guidance it is not mandatory for our staff to wear face coverings at all times – all areas of operation have been fully risk assessed following the government guidance for the theme park and attraction industry.

Face coverings are available to purchase at the Park if necessary.
